Alternatively, C&amp;R can undertake the data processing of the ESOP acceptance forms to set up the initial Register.<\/li><li>ESOP Register Maintenance: C&amp;R undertakes the management of data files and allotments of interests per eligible shareholder, calculations of funding requirements, customized printing of cheques, dispatch of interest payments(RTGS, EFTs, Cheques), reconciliation and maintenance of the Trust involving;<ul><li>Opening, managing and operating bank accounts (based on the agreement with THE CLIENT) and reconciliation of the same.<\/li><li>Calculation of interest entitlement and reconciliation of report.<\/li><li>Sorting and dispatching ESOP Certificates to shareholders.<\/li><li>Electronic payment of interests where bank mandates are available<\/li><li>Remittance of withholding tax.<\/li><li>Ongoing management by replacing lost or misplaced certificates.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Provision of Customer Services on Walk-in, Call Centre and Correspondence basis: We provide the following services:-<ul><li>Appropriate facilities and channels for shareholders queries, correspondence and general enquiries.<\/li><li>Handling and responding to shareholder queries and correspondence, as well as dealing with general queries and complaints.<\/li><li>Maintenance of member records involving static detail changes and interest payments.<\/li><li>Handling\u00a0 all\u00a0 issues\u00a0 involving\u00a0 member\u00a0 employees,\u00a0 including\u00a0 processing\u00a0 of\u00a0 employee invitations.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><ul><li><ul><li>Processing leavers and updating records (on advice by the Scheme Trustees)<\/li><li>Preparing annual Shares Allocation reports<\/li><li>Processing Employee Benefits Statement summarizing transactional activities<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div><\/div>\r\n\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div
