The C&R Team Building, 2017 edition took the team to The Forest, a resort in Kereita forest 45 minutes from Nairobi. The team experienced a diverse array of activities, including Archery, Hiking, Obstacle Races, Zip Lining and Paintball.

These diverse events challenged staff in a multitude of ways, from precision in targeting, bravery and courage in the zip lining and helping each other in the obstacle race. Team building sessions are valuable in testing human limits and breaking the ice. Showing the humanity of personnel helps promote empathy.
