Our Virtual AGM System is one of the products under the C&R Digital Platform. C&R’s Virtual AGM System enables a company to hold either fully virtual or hybrid, combined physical and virtual, access to a meeting.The Virtual AGM will either be a video-graphed live event or a virtual meeting link that will be live-streamed to shareholders/members accessing the Virtual AGM system on C&R Digital Platform. Shareholders/members are able to ask questions and vote on resolutions on the system. Shareholders can access the Virtual AGM System from the comfort of their home/office through online access or USSD access via computer, smartphone, tablet or feature phone.

- An all in one solution that provides fully integrated, live data reporting for attendance, questions and voting for USSD and web participation.

- View proceedings in real-time
- Ask questions real time during the event, or even from the time the event is opened, which can even be before the scheduled start of the meeting.
- Ask questions live through live stream broadcast integration or use the chat functionality in the AGM Meeting Room
- Vote online on agenda items (subject to company Memarts and/or Regulatory approvals*)
- USSD & Dial in options are also part of the Virtual AGM System functionality subject to client and stakeholder needs
Capabilities for the listed company to:
- Preview online questions on a Moderator module only forward relevant or new questions to the Chairman to address in the AGM. The other questions can be marked as “previously answered” or “not relevant”and reviewed after the AGM.
