C&R has vast experience in the management of unclaimed dividends. We prepare manage dividend accounts for most of our clients. Once a new dividend is paid out, we retain custody and management of the unclaimed dividend accounts and do so in a responsible and transparent manner by providing monthly reconciliation reports, which we can provided details of the unclaimed balances down to the individual shareholders and dividend cheques making up these unclaimed balances.   The management of the unclaimed dividend funds includes:

• Monitoring the liquidity and the funds flow in the operating dividends accounts if required.
• Handling all queries with regard to unclaimed dividends
• Confirmation of unclaimed dividends and processing of replacement dividend cheques
• Any other unclaimed dividend enquiries or duties or reporting, as required.

In addition to this, from 2014 we also prepare annual returns for unclaimed shares and dividends as per the required format for the purpose of filling the same with UFAA.  Provision of many of these services requires the paying bank’s dividend payment system to be linked to our Corp System dividend payment module.
