This entails assisting our clients with the running of the AGMs/EGMs, whether physical, virtual or hybrid, and includes;-
- Physical or electronic distribution of annual reports and notices of meetings to shareholders,
- Receiving and compiling proxy form information.
- Verification and management of shareholder registration and attendance whether for physical, virtual or hybrid AGMs
- Providing functionality for shareholders questions for virtual or hybrid AGMs
- Providing functionality for shareholder voting for virtual or hybrid AGMs
